Cunningham Accounting Assistant is a private, internal bookkeeping tool operated by Cunningham Accounting. We collect only the information necessary to provide authorized accounting assistance, including account contact details and QuickBooks Online data that an authorized user chooses to connect.
We use this information solely to provide bookkeeping support, reporting, and authorized account assistance. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers needed to operate the tool.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of your data by emailing simeon@aibookkeepingexperts.com. Disconnecting QuickBooks access revokes future API access; records retained for legal or operational reasons may be kept as required.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no system is completely secure. This policy may be updated when our practices change.
