Cunningham Accounting operates aibookkeepingexperts.com and the Cunningham Accounting Assistant, a private internal bookkeeping tool. This website also hosts the program information and policies for the Heritage Ministries dba Homestead Fair employee receipt-request SMS/MMS program. Heritage Ministries dba Homestead Fair is the sender and organization requesting receipts; Cunningham Accounting provides bookkeeping and technical assistance.
Bookkeeping information
We collect information necessary for authorized accounting assistance, including account contact details and QuickBooks Online data that an authorized user chooses to connect. We use it for bookkeeping support, reporting, and authorized account assistance. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers needed to operate the tool. Accounting entries require authorized review and approval.
Homestead Fair receipt-request messaging
For this program, information may include a participant's name, mobile number, consent and opt-out records, limited card identifiers such as the last five digits, purchase date, merchant and amount, message content, delivery information, receipt images, and descriptions of the business purpose of purchases. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information by text or through the website contact form.
Use of messaging information
Program information is used to send receipt requests and follow-up reminders, receive receipts and purchase explanations, associate receipts with organizational purchases, support authorized bookkeeping, provide help, honor opt-outs, and maintain appropriate records. It is not used for advertising or promotional messages. Authorized accounting tools, including AI-assisted tools where used, may assist with extracting or drafting bookkeeping information; authorized personnel remain responsible for review.
Sharing and mobile consent
We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support the program, including Twilio and telecommunications carriers for messaging, hosting/storage providers, and authorized bookkeeping providers. Receipt and purchase details may be recorded in the organization's connected QuickBooks account when authorized. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. No sharing provision in this policy permits sharing mobile opt-in or consent information for third-party marketing.
Choice, help, and records
Participation requires affirmative consent. Providing a phone number in a general inquiry or subscribing to website email updates does not enroll anyone in SMS/MMS. Once the program is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also contact simeon@aibookkeepingexperts.com for assistance or to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Opting out stops program texts, but does not automatically delete accounting records or required consent/opt-out records. Records are retained only as needed for bookkeeping, program administration, security, and applicable legal obligations.
Security and website services
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system or SMS/MMS channel is completely secure. Website hosting, cookies, analytics, and anti-spam services may process technical information about visits. The website's cookie notice and third-party notices explain those services. Please use an agreed secure alternative when information is unsuitable for text messaging.
QuickBooks disconnection and changes
You may request disconnection by emailing simeon@aibookkeepingexperts.com. Disconnecting QuickBooks access revokes future API access; records needed for legal or operational purposes may be retained. This policy may be updated when practices change. Material changes to the messaging purpose require appropriate notice and consent before use.
